A: At the moment, we only deliver to locations across the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. We regret that we don’t currently provide international shipping to any other regions.

U.S. orders are tracked through USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International—once your package reaches Canada, you can also track it via Canada Post for the latest updates.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or taking longer than expected?
A: For U.S. customers: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For Canadian customers: First, allow an extra 5–7 business days to account for cross-border customs clearance delays, then get in touch within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
