Shipping Policy


1. Where We Ship

Right now, we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We apologize, but we can’t fulfill international orders to other regions at this time.

2. How Long Does Order Processing Take?

Once your payment is confirmed, we usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that we don’t offer processing, shipping, or delivery services on weekends or public holidays.
  • For orders going to Canada: You may need to allow an extra 1–2 business days. This time is used to check shipping details, prepare required customs paperwork (like commercial invoices), and make sure we meet the destination country’s import rules.

3. When Will My Order Arrive?

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 5–10 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Canadian Shipping: Delivery is estimated to take 7–15 business days after dispatch. This accounts for cross-border customs procedures and possible differences in regional shipping times.
    Important: These are approximate delivery windows. Actual arrival may be delayed by carrier issues, bad weather, or busy shipping periods (peak seasons).

4. Our Shipping Partners

  • Within the U.S.: We mainly work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for deliveries.
  • To Canada: We partner with USPS International to ensure reliable shipping. The exact carrier is chosen based on your destination address, package weight, and the delivery speed you selected.
    As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. For U.S. domestic orders, tracking updates might stop once the package reaches the destination country’s customs office. To keep tracking your package, use the local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking tool.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a direct link to check your package’s status:
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time, so you can follow your package from the moment it’s shipped until it’s delivered.
  • Canadian Orders: It may take up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to show up. Once the package leaves the U.S., you might get fewer tracking updates. For the most current status, we suggest checking the local postal service website of the destination country.

6. What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Delayed

If your package is taking much longer than expected, or if it’s marked "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:

For U.S. Customers:

  1. Ask family, neighbors, or building staff (such as front desk or mailroom employees) if the package was left somewhere else.
  2. Use your tracking number to contact USPS directly and get detailed information about the delivery.

For Canadian Customers:

  1. First, please wait an extra 5–7 business days after the estimated delivery date. Cross-border customs clearance or international shipping can sometimes cause unexpected delays.
  2. Contact local postal services or customs authorities with your tracking number—packages are sometimes held because of unpaid duties/taxes or missing documents.
  3. Check with family, neighbors, or local delivery spots (like post offices) to see if the delivery was missed.

If You Still Can’t Find Your Package:

  • U.S. Customers: Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
  • Canadian Customers: Contact us within 14 business days of the marked delivery date (to cover extended international shipping and customs processing times).
